My Beloved Ones,

I believe that you are all aware of the "interesting" energies that have been coming in and will culminate next month when the new energies come in to balance them. Many of you have been experiencing mood changes and challenges with families and also in your spiritual work. Some of you have been distracted, lethargic, and even overwhelmed with different emotions. Some of you have even been experiencing challenges in fully comprehending the information that is NOW being shared with you.

Please, Dear Ones, know that this is perfectly normal and once the balancing happens you will feel much, much better. ALL is going according to the Divine Plan and everything is really a blessing for you for you are constantly raising your vibration as you continue in spite of the "distractions."

There is a favor that we (Sanat Kumara and I) have to ask those of you who wish to assist. You see, we are working together in balancing the planet's energies as preparation for its ascension into the Fifth Dimension. As you have always believed, because of the illusions of Duality, the planet itself contains what you call "male" and "female" energies. Depending on the "state of mind" of the "mass consciousness" these energies are continually changing. For example, when the mass consciousness is focused on fear, war or aggressive behavior, the male energies of the planet far overwhelm the female energies. When the mass consciousness if focused on Divine Love, Brotherhood and Peace, then the female energies begin to balance with the male energies. Because of the "freedom of choice" on this planet AND the fact that it wasn't until less than 20 years ago that the Love energy began to embrace the Mass Consciousness the male energies have always been dominant. Now, with ALL that YOU are doing, Beloved Ones, the "balance" that is needed in order for the planet to ascend is happening. Sanant Kumara and I are here to assist in the balancing and, once the balancing is complete, we will be facilitating the process which will merge the energies into Oneness, so there will no longer be male and female energies. In a sense, you can say that the planet will be androgenous, but we like to think of it as a "perfect and divine reflection of Love and Light."

We will be explaining to you how everything works once the planet ascends, but we do not want to overwhelm you right now with information . . . especially since we would be straying from our purpose for this message today.

The energies that are affecting all on this planet are also affecting the planet. Because this planet is extremely empathic it is absorbing a great deal of the fear, anxieties, apprehensions, distractions, letharge, etc., of its divine children. AND, this is also affecting the "lower" life forms of the planet because they all respond to emotions.

Sanant Kumara and I are asking you if you would assist us in transmuting some of the energies that are being absorbed by the Earth. We have a simple exercise that will greatly help. It would be nice if you could do it every day, but even if you can only do it once a week, it will help. AND, you only need to do it for about 3 weeks.

This exercise is rather simple. It is better if you can do it outside, but you ALL have such wonderful, creative minds, that it really doesn't matter where you are. You ARE where you "think" you are. :)

(I WILL USE "CAPS" FOR THE EXERCISE).

1. STAND OUTSIDE, BUT IN A PLACE WHERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISTURBED FOR A FEW MINUTES.

2. BREATHE IN DEEPLY THROUGH YOUR NOSE TO THE COUNT OF 9, AND OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE TO THE COUNT OF 5. (The purpose for this is that you will be exhaling faster and stronger than your inhale which will cleanse your body of any emotional energies that may be present at the time).

3. DO THIS 3 TIMES.

4. HOLD YOUR HANDS/ARMS UP IN FRONT OF YOU AND CROSSED OVER YOUR HEART CENTER. CLEAR YOUR MIND OF ANY THOUGHTS AND ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE AS STILL AS YOU CAN.

5. CALL ON KIRA, ARCHANGEL MICHAEL, SANAT KUMARA AND MYSELF TO BE WITH YOU AS TOGETHER WE TRANSMUTE EXCESS EMOTIONAL ENERGY WHICH IS RADIATING OUT FROM THE PLANET INTO LIGHT.

6. SEE US (in any form you choose) STANDING WITH YOU. I AM STADING ACROSS FROM YOU, WHILE MICHAEL IS ON YOUR RIGHT AND SANAT KUMARA IS ON YOUR LEFT. SEE KIRA'S SILVER BLUE ENERGY HOVERING ABOVE US, RADIATING OUT ITS RAINBOW COLORS OF TRANSMUTATIONAL ENERGIES.

7. AND NOW, TOGETHER , WE MOVE OUR HANDS SO THAT OUR PALMS ARE FACING THE PLANET. ENVISION THE ENERGIES WHICH NEED TO BE TRANSMUTED AND MUDDY-COLORED ENERGIES.

8. BEGIN TO MOVE YOUR HANDS IN A COUNTER-CLOCKWISE, AND UPWARD SPIRAL. AS YOU DO, ENVISION THE MUDDY-COLORED ENERGIES BEING DRAWN UP INTO THE SPIRAL.

9. WHEN YOU ENVISION THESE ENERGIES ABOUT HEART CENTER LEVEL, MOVE YOUR HANDS SO THAT THEY ARE UNDERNEATH THE MUDDY-COLORED ENERGIES AND CAST THEM UPWARD INTO KIRA'S TRANSMUTING ENERGIES. AS THEY MERGE WITH KIRA'S ENERGIES, WATCH AS THEY EXPLODE FIRST INTO A BRIGHT LIGHT AND THEN SOFT RAINBOW "FLAKES" (like snow) AS THEY DRIFT DOWN TO COVER AND REFRESH THE PLANET WITH DIVINE LOVE AND LIGHT.

10. CONTINUE DOING THIS FOR AS LONG AS YOU WISH. YOU MAY MOVE AROUND TO OTHER AREAS . . . YOU MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO ENVISION YOURSELF IN ANOTHER LOCATION (like in another town where you know the energies might be overwhelming due to recent disasters or accidents, etc.). YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING WRONG.

11. WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED, BRING YOUR HANDS TOGETHER IN PRAYER POSITION AS WE BOW IN HONOR OF THE EARTH AND TO EACH OTHER, ENDING WITH . . .

SO BE IT . . . AND SO IT IS . . .

One thing good about this exercise, Dearest Ones, is that as you do it those rainbow energies that drift down from Kira like snowflakes also "kiss" all of your bodies (physical, etheric, astral, mental, etc) and cleanse them of any residual emotional energies which are not appropriate for you to experience. :)
