Good Morning my Beloved Healers,

Last year I shared a healing technique with those who attended the Ascension Quest, and thought it appropriate to update it and share it with all of you now. The reason why I am updating it is because of the giant leap you have all made this last month with your vibrations. We can really feel it, in the earth as well as at the higher dimensions. Its a wonderful feeling and I thank you all for the wonderful job you are doing.

Now this has to do with Empathic Healing.

In many other Earth Dimensions and Realities ( as well as in other dimensions and realities not of earth) you have all done empathic healing. Some of you are more "into" empathic healing than others. Those of you who work as Elohim in other dimensions and realities are really "high" on empathic healing, and you have carried this "love" into this dimension and reality. As a matter of fact, you almost unconsciously do it. (Have you ever noticed how, at times, when you join a large group you feel this immediate "DRAINING" of energy and/or some kind of pain somewhere in your physical body? This is an example of YOU making the unconscious choice to do a spontaneous empathic healing for someone in the room).

I am smiling now, for I believe that my last response may generate questions. If so, please post them on the message board and I will be happy to answer them.

Now, throughout the early history of your earth realities your empathic healing comprised of YOU absorbing the pain and blockages into your physical system and then dealing with it in your own unique way. When you did this, you did it through your solar plexus, for at that time, you considered it your greatest "power center."

Now that your Heart Center has opened up, your empathic healings should be dealt with strictly through your Heart Center, for this is truly the most powerful asset your physical body has. Because your Heart Center houses the flowering Christ Energy, everything that filters through the Heart Center is automatically and instantaneously transmuted into Christ Energy. Knowing this, does it not make sense, then to bring pain and imbalance into your Heart Center for transmutation?

Please remember that your Heart Center and your Heart Chakra are two different things and are in two different locations. While your Heart Chakra is associated with the Third Dimension, your Heart Center is from the highest of dimensions. (Do you not remember Jesus saying "the kingdom of God is within." ? Well, the Heart Center is the "Temple" which houses the "Kingdom of God." Of course I am speaking in metaphor . . . please do not actually picture a "physical" God or "Kingdom" or "Temple." Everything is energy. Your Heart Center is very, very powerful, and you cannot be hurt in any way by bringing energies needing transmutation into your Heart Center. I realize that this requires a great deal of Faith, Courage and Trust, but I also realize that those of you who are strong Empathic Healers already posses this Faith, Courage and Trust.

ONE EMPATHIC HEALING PROCESS:

This is just one of many processes. And, this is actually the most simple. I am presenting it to you (or I think I should say "re"presenting it to you, for you already know this process) to use as a "kick-start" to remembering some of your other empathic healing processes. When you do re-awaken to these I sincerely hope that you will share them with your fellow light servers on your message board.

This process is a "take-off" on the simple exercise you were taught for bringing in new energies and anchoring them into the planet. And I wish to explain before beginning that Empathic Healing is a "physical healing." While you can do this from a distance, the effects are much more profound if done at the physical level. This process is meant to be done on the physical level.

1. Center. Ground. Relax.
2. Fill your space with any tools you wish (music, incense, sage, crystals, etc).
3. Sit or stand, but do not lie down (unless, of course, you are doing this while in bed after retiring for the night and wanted to do some empathic healing on your spouse/partner).
4. Call on me, or whichever masters and angels you wish to work with you on this specific healing as well as all those aspects of yourself and the client who are working in the higher dimensions to join you and assist in the process. Feel their energies as they merge with yours and completely surround you and the client.
5. Envision, sense and/or "feel" Divine Love and Healing flowing from the Heart Centers of those who have joined you for this Empathic Healing directly into your Heart Center, while you feel the Flowering Christ Energy growing and becoming more and more powerful.
5. Place your left hand (which is your receiving hand) with your palm on either the Heart Center of the Client or on the actual area requiring healing.
6. Place your right palm (the giving hand) on the clients back directly opposite the Heart Center (if that is where you placed your left hand) or on an area of the clients body which is directly opposite the area requiring the healing (if that is where you placed your left hand). For example, if it is the right knee that needs healing and that's where you placed your left palm, place your right palm in the back of the knee.
7. Breathe easy and simply allow the energies to flow from your client through your left hand, up your left arm and into your Heart Center where it is immediately transmuted into Christ Energy. At the same time, feel the flow of the Christ Energy as it moves out of your Heart Center, down your right arm and out your right hand, into the Client, filling the client with Divine Love and Healing.

And thus you are facilitating Empathic Healing, for Empathic Healing is "absorbing the pain/imbalance of others into your system and transmuting it in any way which you deem appropriate". You are also incorporating this Empathic Healing with Heart Centered Empowerment (by sending the Christ Energy into the area being healed).

HELPFUL HINTS:
1.You might want to throw in some "toning" while doing Empathic Healing.
2. This process works wonderfully with lower life forms, such as plants, trees, food, animals, etc.
3. If done correctly you will NOT feel the pain you are absorbing (like you used to feel in the past). However, you may feel some kind of ache while the energies are flowing up your left arm and into your Heart Center. If this happens, maintain your focus and breathe a little deeper to speed the flow into your Heart Center where the energies are immediately transmuted.
4. Allow at least 15 minutes for this process. You can do it for up to 1/2 hour, but I do not suggest doing it for any longer unless you are working on either multiple areas are on cases with extreme injury and pain.
5. Call on the Order of the Emerald Star to assist you in cases (such as cancer) of extreme injury and/or pain.
6. Know that this is no longer a process to be done alone. Always call on those aspects of YOU and your CLIENT who are working in the higher dimensions and whose energy resonates with your highest vibrations. The work you are doing in this dimension affects all of the clients bodies and other aspects at the same time.
7. Because of the "new" way of doing this, your energy should NOT be depleted, since it is not affected. However, sometimes your body WILL absorb energies from the client which are out of balance that the client neglected to mention or did not know about. If you feel drained at all, do an immediate cleansing of your bodies by placing both palms on your Heart Center and allowing the energies to continually flow through your entire body until you feel energized. Then drink at least 8 ounces of spring water, followed by some kind of "grounding" food, such as nuts, or anything that grows from the ground.
