This will be a very casual Retreat, with lots of Sharing, Healing, Meditations,
Readings and Guidance from the Shambhala Masters.  Maya Ohm will
also be available to give Reiki Training and Certifications for those interested.

DIRECTIONS
FROM SACRAMENTO BAY AREA: 
Take I5 to Redding (about 160 miles)
Take California Highway 299 East (Lake Blvd. East)
Turn Right at bottom of ramp onto 299 East
Stay on Highway 299 East about 68 miles to Fall River Mills
Turn Left on Sierra Center Drive (right before Ray's Grocery Store)
We are the 4th house from the end on the left side of the street.
