In the Spring of 1997, at the request of the Ascended Masters and Angelic Hierarchy, Maya Ohm and 9 Light Servers journeyed to Mt. Shasta for an Ascension Quest.  During that time the group was given 6 symbols by the Shambhalla Masters that would assist them and others in raising their vibrations to the 5th Dimension.

 In a special ceremony, Maya Ohm was given the Attunements and training for the symbols from Sananda, Nirih, Quan Yin and Melchizidek.  She, in turn, gave the Attunements and training to the rest of the group.  They were instructed to pass on the symbols to those who requested them in order to assist them with their ascension process.
 

THE ARRO COBA

     One of those symbols is the Arro Coba (pictured to the left).  The Arro Coba is the symbol for Metasynthesis.  It is drawn in the following manner:  Draw the vertical line from top to bottom.  Next, draw the top horizontal line, then the bottom horizontal line from left to right.  Next, draw the left circle counterclockwise, then the right circle counterclockwise.  Next draw the “rounded” seven-like figure from top left to right and swooping down, and the “leg” from top left to bottom right.  The last part of the symbol is the Reiki “raku” which is drawn freestyle (like a bolt of lightening).  The number of angles does not have to be exactly as shown here.  You simply start at the top and zig-zag freely.

      Several months after the Ascension Quest, while working online with a special group of Light Servers, Maya Ohm channeled The Metasynthesis Project.  The Shambhalla Masters informed Maya Ohm that in order to participate in the Project it was necessary that everyone be attuned to the Arro Coba.

     A special Attunement Process was incorporated into the first day’s meditation.  For those of you who choose to experience The Metasynthesis Project, as you perform the Special Attunement Ceremony, you will be attuned to this wonderful and powerful symbol. This ceremony can be done (and you can receive the benefits of the symbol) without participating in the project.  However, you must be prepared to accept responsibility for working with the symbol once you are Attuned to it.

     Once you have completed the Attunement Ceremony you are ready to begin the journey . . . A journey to Awakening to ALL that you ARE.  Please remember that you are never alone . . . That we are always here for you.  Whenever you need guidance or assistance, call on us.  We are just as excited about seeing you raise your vibration to the Fifth Dimension as you are.  Remember, each step you take on your journey serves to assist us ALL in raising our Vibration.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

      What you are about to experience will certainly change your lives, but once you become used to the new energy and powers you will Awaken” to during this project, you will soon be laughing and saying “Why didn’t I choose to do this sooner?”

     We will be doing a great deal of work “behind the scenes (so to speak)”.  In other words we will be working with you during your sleeptime.  This is because it is a much more efficient process because your Third Dimensional egos will be asleep with your body and you will not have to be concerned with the “illusions” of the Third Dimension.

     You may not remember the work we are doing when you awake in the morning.  This is as it should be, so do not concern yourselves if you should awaken feeling rather strange, but not remembering why.  Trust that you will remember whatever is appropriate to remember.

DO NOT FOCUS ON THE PROCESS

     Do not focus on whether or not the process is working.  Surrender to your Highest Vibrational Essence, and allow all that is happening to happen.

      Also, do not judge yourself based on the experiences of others.  Each of you is here for a Divine Purpose, and your spiritual evolutionary rate is as unique as YOU are.  Because of this, each of you will experience this process in your own unique  way.

      Those of you who choose to participate in this project are meant to participate.  Some of you may choose not to complete the project, while others may choose not to perform the exercises and meditations every day.  Whatever you choose will be right for you.  However, we (Maya Ohm and the Shambhalla Masters) can tell you that those who faithfully commit to this project completely WILL experience Metasynthesis to the fullest.

     You are a Divine Being of Light.  Every choice you make will be the right choice.  Accept this and honor your process, for you are serving the Highest of Highest with the work you choose to do.

KEEPING A JOURNAL

     You will have many experiences, remembrances and illuminations during this project.  So many, in fact, that it will be a challenge to remember them all.  This is why we suggest that you keep a special journal so that  you will be able to share everything you experienced with others.

     From this point on, your “dreams” will not be the same.  Each “dream” that you remember will actually be a multi-dimensional experience you are having in another reality.  This is not to say that they will not be symbolic.  You will always remember those “other-reality” experiences that are appropriate for your awakening, and many of them may contain symbolic messages regarding your spiritual growth in this dimension and reality.  They will also assist you in bringing into this dimension and reality those qualities which you exhibit in your “other-reality” existences.

     No matter how insignificant they may seem, we ask that you write ALL of your thoughts and experiences in your journal.  You will find, when sharing them with others, that there is a connection and you will be delighted with the synchronicities of your group experiences.

YOUR METASYNTHESIS STONES

     In order to do the Attunement Ceremony you will need to have 3 special stones (An Amethyst, a Quartz Crystal and one other stone that you are particularly drawn to for this project). During the Attunement Ceremony, your special stones will be programmed to assist you in the Metasynthesis Project.  They should not be used for any other purpose for the duration of this project.  It is also recommended that you do not allow any other person to use or hold these stones.  If this happens, simply cleanse them with whatever method you prefer and reprogram them by drawing the Arro Coba over them (saying “Arro Coba” 3 times) and vocalizing the Intent that they be reprogrammed to assist you in the Metasynthesis Project.

     Keep your stones with you as often as you can unless otherwise directed during the course of the project  You may choose to wear them in a medicine bag or pouch, or you may choose to carry them in your pocket.  Whenever it is appropriate, they should be as close to you as possible while you are participating in the project.

     Honor your stones and they will serve you well.  When you are not wearing them, set them on a Quartz Crystal Cluster, or place them somewhere where the Sun can shine on them or on your alter or other sacred place.

     We have suggested recently that “tools” are no longer required for any Ascension process.  However, that doesn't mean you cannot use "tools" (like crystals and stones) if it pleases you.  If you would rather not use the stones, then you may adjust the ceremony so that can do it without them.   However, in this particular project, these special stones play an integral role and WILL assist you in experiencing all there is to experience and learning all there is to learn.

NOURISHMENT AND WELL-BEING

     We highly recommend that you eat only fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains for three days prior to beginning the Metasynthesis Project.  However, the choice is always yours.  Once you begin the project you may eat whatever feels appropriate to you.  However, it is recommended that you abstain from caffeine and alcohol (or, at least, cut down on caffeine and alcohol) and that you drink lots of water throughout the project.

     There may be times when you body sends you a message that it requires a certain food or beverage.  When this happens, honor the message for your body knows what it needs.  Just make sure that the message is coming from your body and not your “ego.”

THE SUN CEREMONY

     As your Light Body raises its vibration you may discover that food does not satisfy you.  This is because the food for a Light Body is Light.  Allow Helios (our Solar Logos) to assist you by performing the  Sun Ceremony whenever you feel it is necessary.

 WORKING WITH THE ARRO COBA

     The Arro Coba is a very powerful and sacred symbol. We ask that you honor our request and not share the symbol with those who are not participating in the Metasynthesis Project.

      Whenever you use the symbol you will always draw the symbol once and say it 3 times.  You may draw the symbol either with your fingers as we describe in the Attunement Ceremony or with your Third Eye.  When you speak the name of the symbol, it can either be out loud or silently, whichever is appropriate at the time.

      During your waking time, whenever you think of it and it is appropriate to do so, you may visualize (or draw) the Arro Coba, saying it 3 times.  You may also choose to draw it on your Crown, Third Ear, Third Eye, Throat and Heat Center through visualization.  The more you work with the symbol, the more you will intensify its energy and the easier it will be for you to “Awaken” to all that is appropriate for your ascension process.

USING DISCERNMENT

      Upon completion of the project you may find yourselves wanting to share what you have learned with everyone.  We ask that you use discernment in doing this as some Light Servers may not be ready for this process.  Rather, work with the energy for a while and allow your shining presence to assist others in raising their vibration so that they WILL be ready for the process when it is appropriate.

      Once you have successfully completed the process, some of you may choose to facilitate a Metasysthesis Project for others.  We ask that you do not make any alterations to this process as there is a purpose for each meditation and exercise and for the order we have presented in this book.  We cannot guarantee that the results will be the same if you choose to alter the program.

      The Metasynthesis Project is offered to members of our Heart Lights Ministry and its mailing list  “in loving service.”  When Maya Ohm teaches this class live it is usually for a fee of $12 per class if paid by the class or $90 if paid up front.  However, we do ask that if you choose to participate in this project that you offer some kind of energy exchange in order to maintain the integrity of the work. This energy exchange can be in any form, whether it be a "Love Offering" to Heart Lights Ministry, an exchange of services (such as sending healing or prayers to the planet, its flora and fauna or those in need.

THE METASYNTHESIS IS DESIGNED TO SPAN A 9-WEEK PERIOD

However, you can go at your own pace, according to your inner guidance.  You are not required to complete the project if you feel it is not appropriate to do so.  However, to get the most out of this project, it is suggested that you follow the instructions as we give them to you.
