This next week should prove to be quite interesting.

      We ask that you continue with the Meditation that you have been doing, and please fee free to add to it in any way you intuitively feel would benefit you.  You may also change it around if you like.  Take your power and trust that you cannot do anything wrong.  Also, please continue to do the morning and evening ceremonies.

      Now, for this week we are adding an exercise which will assist you in bringing the 4th Dimension into the 3rd (a little at a time).  We are giving you free rein to use your imagination and use it in any way you feel is appropriate, but will give you some ideas on how to do this.

      First of all, as you know, while in the 4th Dimension there are not illusions of fear or ego.  And so, during the next week we ask that you put out the Intent to become aware of those times in the 3rd dimension when you might be experiencing fear or ego.  When you do become aware of a situation surrounding fear or ego, immediately imagine yourself going up the etheric tube to and through the 4th Dimensional Door with the knowledge that you will be re-experiencing the same situation  WITHOUT fear or ego.  It may take a little practice at first, but it is not necessary to do this as a formal meditation.  You can even do it with your eyes open (with a little practice), standing, sitting or walking.

      Let us give you an example:  Let’s say that you are committed to drive to a certain place, but have learned that there will be rain and possible thunderstorms.  You are feeling apprehensive about your trip, but know you have committed to go.  Take three deep breaths, then imagine yourself moving up the etheric tube and over to the 4th Dimensional door with the Intent that once opened you will be able to experience your trip without the illusion of fear.  Notice that as soon as you enter the door your fear is gone and you can see what lies ahead for you.  What you sense will be right for you.  You may simply get a flash of yourself at your destination, or you may see yourself driving through the storm without any problems.  As you move out the door and back down into the 3rd Dimension bring these feelings of calm and peace with you.

      Another example would be if you are experiencing a situation with a friend or a loved one, which brings about feelings of resentment or hurt.  As you journey to the 4th Dimension put out the Intent that you will see the entire picture without ego, and understand the reason for the situation and that it is a simple procedure to accept that it existed, but release it with Love.

     Now, we would also like you to consider going beyond these kinds of exercises to yet another one during the week.  Whenever you behold a beautiful sight, such as a sunset or the stars or moon or a rainbow, imagine experiencing it from the 4th Dimension.  Rather than watching the beautiful sight from the 3rd Dimension, put yourself amidst it.  See it from all sides . . . see through it . . . feel its vibrations.  Communicate with it through your heart center.  Feel the awe and calm and power that runs through you as you experience this, and bring those feelings back with you into the Third Dimension.

     You may also incorporate any of these exercises with your daily meditation, if you choose.  As we said, this is YOUR week to play with your imagination and work on consciously bringing the 4th Dimension into the 3rd.  By the end of the week you should have learned that it is as easy as changing your conscious focus.  You may even want to experiment with affirmations such as “I AM now experiencing the 4th Dimension throughout my day.”  Or, play with the animals and the trees and flowers on a 4th Dimensional level, seeing and sensing them from all aspects . . . in, through and around.

      You may even want to experiment with some auto suggestions. While in a meditative state, affirm that whenever you look at your right hand with Intent, you will experience this Third Dimensional Reality, but whenever you look at your left hand with Intent, you will experience if from the Fourth Dimension.  Once you have programmed yourself, all you have to do is look at your right hand with Intent and you will be back in your Third Dimensional Reality.

     Please let us know if you have any questions.  And, remember that this does take practice and commitment.  You have spent thousands of years consciously focused in the Third Dimension.  With all of its pains, trials and tribulations, you have become accustomed to it.  It’s comfortable because you know what to expect.  And now we are asking you to take that leap into the void and go beyond the realms of physicality.  It takes time, but you will soon be moving between dimensions as easily as you move from one room of your home into another.
