Polarity Energy
balancing is a simple and effective method used to bring on deep healing
and relaxation. By employing the currents of Life Force that
naturally flow through everyone's hands,
we can release and balance another person's energy. As long as this
energy is flowing freely,
we experience peace, joy, love and good health.
EXPERIENCING LIFE FORCE:
1. Rub your hands vigorously together for 1 minute.
2. Hold your hands a few inches apart.
3. Move your hands together and apart (between 1-6 inches) to find
where the energy is the strongest.
4. You will feel tingling, vibrating, hot or cold sensations, or a
magnetic field.
EXPERIENCE LIFE FORCE
WITH OTHERS:
1. Both rub hands together vigorously for 1 minute.
2. Person #1 places one hand between the two hands of Person #2.
3. Person #2 moves hands in and out (between 1-6 inches) away from
the hand of Person #1.
4. Within a few seconds to a minute, you will most likely be feeling
the energy.
HELPFUL HINTS:
1. The more relaxed, centered and grounded you are, the easier it is
to feel the Life Force as it passes through your hands.
2. The more relaxed, centered and grounded the recipient is, the
more effect the Polarity will be.
3. Don't give Polarity if you feel negatively toward the person who
is to receive it.
4. Don't give Polarity if you are going through severe emotional
turmoil, if you are ill, or if you are tired or "spaced out."
5. Always protect yourself by bringing in The Mahatma (Gods Light)
so you do not absorb the negative energy from the person receiving
Polarity healing.
6. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
7. Metal seems to interfere slightly with the flow of Life Force.
Jewelry, keys, watches or metallic objects should be taken off.
8. The energy flows much more freely if both parties take off their
shoes.
9. You can greatly enhance the power of Polarity by encouraging the
person receiving it to breathe deeply and evenly . . . in through the nose
and out through the nose.
10. The power of Polarity can also be increased by your own deep
breathing.
11. When you finish giving a Polarity treatment, shake your hands
vigorously and wash them in cold, running water (preferably spring water
or purified water) to remove and ground the static, non-directed energy
that may be on your hands.
THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY
Everything that stands upright on
the planet has a positive charge on top
and a negative charge at the base.
The top of the body has a positive charge.
The feet have a negative charge.
The right side of the body has a positive charge.
The left side of the body has a negative charge.
When the positive and negative poles of
magnets are put together there is an attractive current between
them. Similarly, polarity energy is directed magnetically along its
lines of force to align and establish the vital polarities of the body.
Blocked areas create an imbalance in the body's natural energy field . . .
an imbalance which the polarity practitioner treats by connecting:
The right ( + ) hand to the left ( -
) side of the body.
The left ( - ) hand to the right ( + ) side of the body.
POLARITY USES THREE TYPES OF TOUCH:
1. Deep Massage
2. Light Non-Pressure Touch
3. Non-Physical Touch
POLARITY POSITIONS
THE CRADLE:
1. Rub your hands briskly together.
2. Cradle the head (using NO pressure) with the index and middle
fingers down the sides of the neck and thumbs resting on the ears.
3. Hold this position for as long as you feel the energy exchange
(usually a minute or two).
4. For best results "don't quite touch" . . . stay releaxed.
5. Once you feel the energy exchange you can continue until you
intuitively feel that it is time to move on to the next position.
THE NORTH POLE STRETCH:
1. Rest recipients head on your right palm so your middle finger and
thumb can take a firm hold of the occipital bone.
2. Rest your left hand on the forehead (lightly).
3. With steady pressure, pull straight back with the RIGHT HAND
ONLY.
4. Hold for a minute or two.
5. Use as much pressure as the recipient can enjoy.
TUMMY ROCK:
1. Rub your hands briskly together.
2. Stand on right side of recipient.
3. Rest left hand lightly on forehead of recipient.
4. Place right hand just below the navel.
5. Gently rock the person rhythmically with the RIGHT HAND ONLY for
1-2 minutes.
6. Stop rocking and leave hands in place for as long as you
intuitively feel is necessary.
RIGHT FOOT
BRUSHING OFF:
1. With both hands, brush down the leg, starting above the knee, and
moving down to the tip of the toes.
2. Shake your hands vigorously.
3. Repeat a few times until you intuitively feel it is time to stop.
LEAN AND PULL:
1. Rest recipients heal on the fingers of your left hand.
2. Place your right hand on the ball of the foot (with your fingers
over the top of the toes).
3. Lean forward on the foot with your right hand, using your body
weight to give the Achilles Tendon a good stretch.
4. Move your right hand to the top of the foot and (very gently)
pull downward.
5. Repeat a few times until you intuitively feel it is time to stop.
INSIDE HEAL PRESS:
1. Support the heel with the fingers of your right hand.
2. Place your left palm on the ball of the foot (with your fingers
over the top of the toes) to support the foot in an upright position.
3. With the right thumb, find a sore spot in the inside of the heel.
4. Press steadily, gently and firmly (do NOT massage).
5. As the pain decreases, you can increase the pressure.
6. Do this for as long as it takes for the pain to go away.
(NOTE: If you feel a pulse under
your thumb, move to another sore spot. Do not put direct pressure on
a blood vessel). This move balance the lower pelvic areas in the
center of the body, and is especially good for women with menstrual
cramps).
OUTSIDE HEEL ROTATION:
1. Support the heel of the right foot with the fingers of your left
hand.
2. With your left thumb, find a sore spot on the outside of the heel
area.
3. Apply steady pressure (do not massage).
4. With the right hand, take hold of the top of the foot and rotate
it in a clockwise position.
(NOTE: This move reflexes the
lower pelvic areas, more toward the sides of the body than the INSIDE HEEL
PRESS). THE
TOE PULL:
(Do NOT do the Toe Pull on anyone with arthritis there who who has severe
back problems).
1. Beginning with the little toe, allow the base of the toe to rest
over the index finger of your right hand, with your thumb placed slightly
below where the toe connects to the foot.
2. Your left hand is placed over the right hand for support.
3. Pull straight back, lifting and shaking the foot rhythmically a
couple of times.
4. Repeat with each toe.
5. BE GENTLE.
(NOTE: Toes may or may not make a
crackling sound. That's okay. It's the pull that is important.
Go a bit easy with the big toe. If this move is done properly, it is
NOT painful, and you will see the recipient's head move slightly with the
shaking).
KNUCKLE RUBBING:
1. Make a fist with your right hand and deeply massage the entire
sole of the right foot with the knuckles of your right hand.
2. Place the left hand on top of the foot for support.
3. Work for a while on any sore spots you discover.
4. Give ONLY as much pressure as the recipient can enjoy.
LEFT FOOT
(Perform all of the foot positions done on the right foot, REVERSING the
instructions.
THE POLARITY CIRCLE
This is a new development in the
Polarity System which is very powerful and can be done perfectly in just a
few minutes.
The Polarity Circle consists of 6 people
who form a circuit to channel their loving energy into a seventh person.
The recipient is in the center of the circle.
When doing the Polarity Circle, it is
helpful if everyone (except the recipient) chants "OHM." It's even
more effective if they harmonize with each other.
PERSON #1:
Cradle the head, using no pressure (it's best to "not quite touch).
The index and middle fingers go down the sides of the neck, while the
thumb rests by the ear.
PERSON #2:
On the right side of the recipient, gently rest your left hand on the
forehead and place your right hand on the bottom of the rib cage in the
center of the body. Use no pressure.
PERSON #3:
On the right side of recipient, rest your right hand on the left hip bone
and your left hand on the right shoulder.
PERSON #4:
On the left side of the recipient, rest your left hand on his/her right
hip bone and your right hand on his/her left shoulder.
PERSON #5:
On the right side of the recipient, your right hand holds the person's
left foot and your left hand holds the person's right hand.
PERSON #6:
On the left side of the recipient, your left hand holds the right foot and
your right hand holds the person's left hand.
PROCEDURE
1. Recipient is to relax and take
12 slow, deep breaths.
2. Persons giving Polarity rub hands together vigorously for half a
minute, then hold each hand a couple of inches away from the hand of the
persons nearest them, with palms facing each other (i.e., your left hand
palm will face the right hand palm of the person on your left, while your
right hand palm will face the left hand palm of the person on your right).
When the energy feels strong, proceed.
3. Place hands on indicated positions, touching only the person
receiving the Polarity.
4. Person #3 and Person #4 will rock the recipient's hips back and
forth rhythmically. (Work together . . . .Don't rock the shoulders).
5. Begin to "OHM."
6. Do this for 5 or more minutes.
7. Stop chanting and rocking, leaving hands in place until you feel
the energy fading. When this happens, it has done its work.
8. Everyone lift their hands off the recipient and hold them 1 - 6
inches above the original positions. Contact the space in which the
energy feels the strongest and hold your hands there until the energy has
nearly dissipated.
9. Remove hands and allow the recipient to rest for as long as
he/she wishes.
10. Vigorously shake hands, then rinse in cold, running water
(preferably spring water or purified water).
11. Give the recipient a large glass of water, juice or cup of
herbal tea.
