The Hengduan Mountains cover  approximately 300,000 square miles within one of the most biologically  diverse and threatened temperate regions on Earth. Home to more than 8,000 plant species, the area also shelters some of Earth's most unique and imperiled mammals, including the giant panda, snow leopard and golden monkey.

While Shambhala is not a physical location, it does exist in the Higher Dimensions
near the Hengduan Mountains.  The Shambhala Masters, who work from Shambhala,
are becoming more and more available for sharing Guidance and Wisdom to those
seeking Enlightenment, Awakening and Ascension.

Lahoon Teria is the Guardian for the Shambhala Heart Light.
She is also an essence/aspect of one of the Shambhala Masters and is continuing
to Awaken and work towards merging with her Higher Dimensional essence/aspect
in order to bring more Guidance and insights to those who come to her.
