CREATING FLOWERS We invite the Masters and Angels and higher dimensional essences to join US, and we invite all souls who are on the path of ascension to join US in this meditation. Dear Hearts, I ask you to hold your crystal in your right hand and ground yourself in anyway that is comfortable to you. Breathe in the energy of the Mahatma Trinity . . . in through your nose and out through your mouth, Breathe in again and let US sing our Heart Lights chant: OH AH EE OH............. OH AH EE AH Gathering around the great Crystal in our Heart Light Temple OH AH EE OH............. OH AH EE AH OH AH EE OH............. OH AH EE AH Look down in front of you and pick up the basket of pollen that you will use later in our process of creation. Look to the South West and you can see Mt. Lassen Intuition Mountain covered in snow that is sparkling in the sun . . . like millions of crystals . . . in multi-colored rays of light. Now look South East and you can see San Francisco Bay Wellspring of Love. See the energies come together, joining with Mt. Shasta's energy being ONE. Feel the energies flowing toward US, creating a portal of energy, swirling in multi-colored rays of light. Feel the Love flowing within the energy of the portal. Let US enter the portal, still holding our crystal in our hand. Feel the swirling energies and envelope them. (You may feel a little dizzy, but it will pass). As you look around, notice that everything seems to be moving at the same speed . . . But, it seems we are slowing up. You can see green hills and valleys around US. The portal seems to have disappeared and we are standing in a valley that is so green, it almost looks painted. If you look to the far side of the valley, you can see people. They seem to be stooping over the ground. Continue to look at the ground they are working on. Can you see the plants that are coming up under their hands? We are going to CREATE FLOWERS today in the beautiful green valley. Let US form a large circle. Now take 3 big steps back. Hold your hands palms up, with the crystal in your right hand. Your basket of pollen is in front of you. Ask the Unified Mahatma and Sanat Kumara to join US in Blessing this ground. Now, form 2 lines about 2 feet apart (in the front, back and sides). Hold your crystal in your right hand. Squat down and hold your hands, palms down, over the ground beside you. With your mind, think about the ground beneath your hands being wet with water. Feel the ground becoming damp. When you feel that the ground is wet enough, take a pinch of your pollen and put it on the wet spot. Now take your crystal in your right hand and touch the center of the ground with your crystal. Then set your crystal next to the ground and send your loving energy into the ground, through your hands, while you think about creating a flower. The flower can be one that you would like to create, OR you can imagine your energy creating some new kind of flower. Let your creative energy of Love flow through your hands. As you see the beginning of a stem, lightly begin to flutter your fingers around the stem. As the stem grows and leaves appear, keep fluttering your fingers around it, gently sweeping upward and every so slightly touching the tips of the leaves. Gently caress the plant with your love. Let your hands rise with the plant and continue to flutter your fingers and sweep the tips of the leaves. As the leaves become larger, you can gently let your fingers tickle the under side of the leaf. You will be able to feel the leave's energy almost giggling under your tickling. You may even find yourself laughing with the plant. As the plant becomes bigger and you become ONE with the energy of the plant, notice how light the plant's energy is. Feel the plant's veins moving under your fingertips. Soon the plant will start sending shoots out. The new shoots begin to open into flowers. The colors are overwhelming . . . colors you have never seen before. What is that one? Blue? Purple? Pink? It seems like a combination of colors, yet there are no words to describe the colors. More shoots are forming and beginning to open. Look at the shape of the flower. How about naming your flower? See if you can come up with a name that suits the flower you created. Move around the valley and create more flowers. Enjoy your creations. Smell the flowers and see if they have special fragrances. Dear Hearts, the Mt. Shasta portal is awaiting our return from this marvelous adventure. Thank the beautiful valley for this experience of what is to come . . . what is a Blessing to US All.
