Form a Triangle (or Pyramid) with your hands by joining the
tips of your thumbs and the sides of your index fingers.
Stand Facing the Sun.  Take a deep breath, then let it out.
Move your hands so that the Pyramid is between the
rays of the Sun and your Crown Chakra.
Breathe in deeply the rays of the Sun through your Crown
for about one minute.
Then move your hands so that the Pyramid is between the
rays of the Sun and your Third Eye.
Breathe in deeply the rays of the Sun through your Third Eye
for about one minute.
Then move your hands so that the Pyramid is between the
rays of the Sun and your Throat Center.
Breathe in deeply the rays of the Sun through your Throat Center
for about one minute.
Then move your hands so that the Pyramid is between the
rays of the Sun and your Heart Center
(between your Throat and Heart Chakra in the area of the Sternum).
Breathe in deeply the rays of the Sun through your Heart Center
for about one minute.
