PREPARING FOR THE TERRA NOVA PROJECT

MEDITATION #1
 

1.      This is an exercise in experiencing the Fifth Dimension.

 2.     Center.  Ground. Relax. 

3.     Take a deep breath, in through your nose.  Exhale through your nose, and continue to breath slowly and evenly as you draw the Mahatma Symbol on your right palm with your left fingertips, and then on your left palm with your right fingertips.

4.     Bring your hands together in a Prayer Position.

5.     Chant “OHM RARA OHM  MAHATMA OHM”  and feel the energy of the Unified Trinity (The Christ Light, The Buddhic Light and The Mahatma) radiate throughout your entire Being. 

6.     Say (in your own words): “I call on those Essences from the Higher Dimensions whose energies resonate with my highest vibration to join me.  I call on the  Shambhala Masters, the Ascended Masters and Angels and the special Light Beings who have contracted to work with me from the Fifth Dimension, and ask that all of you assist me in experiencing the Fifth Dimension.”

7.     Form a Heart with your hands by joining the fingernails of both hands and then joining the pads of your thumbs together. 

8.     Move your hands upward so that the “heart” is over your Third Eye and chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM.”

9.     Move your hands down so that the “heart” is resting over your Heart Center  and  chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM.”

10.  Once more, place your hands in Prayer Position and chant “OHM RARA OHM MAHATMA OHM.”

11.  Now . . . Close your eyes and relax.  Breath naturally through your nose and allow the tip of your tongue to touch the back of your front teeth.

12.   Envision a Golden White Shaft running through your entire body from below your feet all the way up and beyond your Crown Chakra. 

13.   Now, envision a Diamond White Sphere in your Heart Center.    This is one of your Higher Essences . . . the one that contract to work from Terra Nova as an Ascended Master.

14.  Envision your Essence pulsating inside the Golden White Shaft.  You can feel the energy from your Higher Essence radiate outward in all directions, merging with all of your bodies as you continue up the Golden White Shaft.

15.  The higher your Essence moves up the Golden White Shaft the more you realize that your energies are merging.  You no longer sense your physical body.  You are ONE with your Higher Essence . . . you ARE the Ascended Master who contracted to work from Terra Nova.

16.  You suddenly realize that your Essence has merged with the Golden White Shaft, and the force from this merging creates an explosion of multi-colored Light Particles.  It's as if you are ALL of the stars in the Cosmos. 

17.  You have no sense of the 3rd Dimension at all.  You Exist as ALL  . . . and Nothing.

18.  You hear nothing, and yet you are One with the sounds and vibrations of the Fifth Dimension.

19.  You sense your Oneness . . . your interconnection . . . . with ALL Light Beings that are working from the Fifth Dimension.  You are ONE with Sananda . . . with Quan Yin . . . with Archangel Michael . . . with Melchizidek . . . with Siddhartha Buddha . . . with ALL of those Ascended Masters and Angels who contracted to work with you on Terra Nova.

20  You "KNOW" that you are ALL Divine Essences/Extensions/Aspects of each other and The One.  You ARE the Unified Trinity.  You ARE God.

21.  Stay in this wondrous State of Being for as long as you wish.  When you are ready to return to the Third Dimension, take a deep breath (in through your nose) and exhale out through your mouth.  You will instantly be in the Third Dimension.  However, the energies of your Fifth Dimensional experience will stay with you for quite a while.  You will be filled with a deep sense of Peace, Joy, Hope, Compassion and Love for ALL that exists.

22.    Cross your hands over your Heart Center and say:  "SO BE IT . . . AND SO IT IS . . . ACCORDING TO DIVINE WILL AND PURPOSE . . . AND IN LOVING SERVICE TO THE ONE AND ALL.
